İstaş Endüstri's mechanical division carries out pipe installation, structural steel fabrication and erection, equipment setting and commissioning, and maintenance support services in power plants, petrochemical facilities, refineries and cement factories.

Piping Installation

• High-pressure & high-temperature lines — carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless-steel piping installed to ASME B31.1 / B31.3
• Low-pressure utility lines — compressed air, cooling water, fire water and instrument air
• Flanged and butt-welded joints — including bolting torque-control and gasket management
• Valve installation — manual, actuated (pneumatic, electric) and control valves
• Instrument installation — pressure transmitters, flow meters, temperature elements and their impulse lines

Structural Steel & Supports

• Pipe racks and pipe bridges
• Equipment support structures and skids
• Access platforms, walkways and staircases
• Maintenance platforms and monorail beams
• Anchor bolting and grouting

Testing & Commissioning

• Hydrotest — pressure testing of piping systems and vessels per ASME / EN 13480 / EN 13445
• Pneumatic leak test — where hydrotesting is not permissible
• Flushing & chemical cleaning — pre-commissioning cleaning of new piping systems
• Alignment and coupling check for rotating equipment
• Commissioning support — first start-up attendance and punch-list clearance

Shutdown & Revision Support

We maintain a rapid-mobilisation workforce for annual turnarounds and unplanned shutdowns. Our teams are experienced in working safely under compressed time frames while maintaining full HSE compliance and documentation discipline.
